Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or participating in coaching services offered by Elijah London and Finish Line Life Coaching, ("Coach," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Coaching Services

Our coaching services are intended to support and guide clients in areas such as life, career, ministry, and business.. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional help from licensed providers.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Active Participation: You agree to fully participate, be honest, and complete any agreed-upon tasks.

  • Session are to begin and end on time. Session that extend past the scheduled time frame will be charged $1/min for each minute over the allotted time. 
     

  • Communication: You agree to communicate respectfully and provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling (see refund policy).
     

  • Results: You acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and depend on your personal commitment and action.
     

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees: All fees are clearly stated before purchase. Full payment is required before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

  • Refund Policy: All payments are subject to our Refund Policy, available at https://www.finishlinelifecoaching.com/blank-3

  • Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 5 days may be subject to a late fee of $10.
     

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
     

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited without refund.
     

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order, or legal obligation). Client files are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Finish Line Life Coaching are protected by copyright and are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify materials without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantees: Coaching is an educational process. While we are committed to your success, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
     

  • Health Disclaimer: We are not licensed therapists, physicians, or mental health professionals. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
     

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elijah London and Finish Line Life Coaching will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services rendered.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, with written notice. In such cases, a pro-rated refund may be issued for unused sessions, per our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Catawba County, North Carolina.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
