Refund Policy
Effective 10/21/25

1. General Policy

At Finish Line Life Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services designed to support your personal or professional growth. Due to the nature of coaching — which involves time, preparation, and a results-driven relationship — all sales are considered final unless otherwise specified below.

2. Refunds for Single Sessions

  • Cancellations with Notice: You may cancel or reschedule a single coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment. No refund will be issued, but the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Refunds for Packages / Programs

  • 7-Day Cooling-Off Period: Clients who purchase multi-session packages or programs are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase provided that no sessions have been used.

  • Partial Use: If sessions have been used, refunds may be provided pro rata, minus a $50 administrative fee and the full price (non-discounted) rate for used sessions.

  • After 7 Days: No refunds are offered after 7 days from the date of purchase, except in cases of documented emergencies and at the sole discretion of [Your Coaching Practice Name].

4. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process that requires mutual commitment. Refunds are not given based on dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes depend heavily on client participation and effort.

5. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if we determine it is not in the best interest of either party. In such cases, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused, prepaid sessions.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to this policy will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in North Carolina.
